Motivation V/s Inspired Leadership

I believe motivation is an aspect that’s important to all and we come across in a day to day life. This is what parents do for their children, teachers for their students, friends for their friends and MENTORS for their disciples. I believe inspiration and motivation (literally the same) are the incentives for a person to proceed further. The receiver should be as open and has faith in the giver, completely like a child. Treating every individual as equal and at the same time exceptional by their deeds is an art of the leader.

A leader should be enthusiastic, passionate and energetic about the responsibilities and be skillful to deal with while having alternatives (need not be a solution) to offer during critical situations. I believe a leader should create a path which others would like to follow. To attain that, a leader needs to have a goal set in mind and needs to succeed irrespective of any hurdles. The innovation and creative abilities of the leader motivates others and they get inspired and would try to implement when they come across similar tasks/situations.

A leader should also believe in adding value showcasing the positive side that drives one’s belief into action. One needs to prove that they really have a positive goal set that would impel others to accept it and take the negatives as challenge, if not strive to accomplish the goals set by the leader. The resultant which, would be to comply with the organizational requirements and drive the growth. Keeping the positive aspects in mind, one would realize that developing interpersonal skills is a must, whilst being positive and to instill the same with confidence is the leadership forte. Developing trust while instigating organized approach leads to motivation.
